I’m traveling in a van and really needed my hair washed properly and wanted to treat myself to a style as well. They fit me in right away and charged me only half of what another salon was going to charge me. They only lost a star because she didn’t use any heat protection on my hair, but other than that it was a great experience with a friendly atmosphere. In and out in no time and feeling so fresh!

Yesterday I had my haircut (at a different salon) and the person that cut my hair did it unevenly and it was a total nightmare for me. J’s Beauty Salon to the rescue!!! I was seen by Jessica who was able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment! Jessica was meticulous with her work and completely evened out my hair, I’m super grateful that such a high quality salon is in my neighborhood with really affordable prices! I stopped by w/o an appointment for a trim of my long Asian hair and Jessica was upfront about the wait time, was meticulous, conservative, and took her time. She managed to take a lot of weight out of my thick hair but maintain a nice bit of curl from the digital perm I got 6 mos ago. Pretty much exactly what you want from a hairdresser. It’s nice to find a hair place that’s not fancy and doesn’t split focus on nails and waxing.
