I go in to see Alex all the time, but all of the gentlemen in the shop are extremely talented and respectful. Prices are fair and they make sure you like your cut before you leave. Everyone is extremely personable and they always take good care of kids as well. Shop is always clean and great conversation flowing between everyone. Like most places during the pandemic, you need to have an appointment to get a haircut as only so many people can be in the shop at a time, but everyone is always extremely flexible and will work with you to get you in as soon as possible. Alex has been a friend and my barber for many years now and I always know I can rely on him to have me looking fresh when I leave the shop.

Took my two year old son to get a haircut, there were three stylist and neither of them would cut his hair. I shared with them that he wouldn’t be a problem that he would sit still but they didn’t want to cut his hair. One said his clippers were sharp, one never turned to face me just stood there shaking his head, the other one I met outside the shop he said he did do children he goes by appointment. This was my second time trying to patronize them… oh well not again

There are other barbers closer to my house but I take my son here. No matter which barber he sees at this place- it’s always a great cut. Nice guys & if I do have to wait- it’s never terribly long. They do all types of hair & textures too

A great group of talented barbers! Took my son this weekend and received a great cut at a great price. The guys really had a great work flow going during a really busy weekend! Definitely will be coming back…was truly impressed! Thanks guys!

Ha, so let me begin this horrible tale of my experience at this barber shop lol. I went in on a Tuesday and tried to do a walk in, and sign the book, there are 3 people in the waiting room and only 2 of the 5 barbers there are cutting people so in my mind they must be waiting on appointments. I wait 45 minutes before I’m even acknowledged the guy ask me what I want I say a razor fade. He goes ooh I ain’t got time for that I’m waiting on a ride. He says one of these guys will be able to get you soon, its 5pm now and I got there at 4. I wait and I guess the guy next to me in the waiting area comes there often and he was like trust me man it’s worth the wait. He ask me if I gotta be somewhere and I said no, this dude straight said to me don’t worry they will have you out of here by 7-8pm. I was like who the hell do I look like waiting 3 hours for a haircut. So now I stand up and ask hey how much longer before I can get into a chair they said 1.5hrs I was like in what world is a lil bit 1.5 hours. So I schedule an appointment for the next day at 5pm, the barber I scheduled with didn’t even show up, he also had my number he could have at least let me know he wasn’t going to make it. Needless to say I’ll never go here again it’s a joke of a barbershop. I now go to Mofitts which I believe is the best shop in the area. If I had to choose great clips or J’s I’d go great clips any day of the week in comparison.

Everything is better with good communication. These people wasted an hour of me and my sons time. I pulled ticket #5.. they were servicing #3. Kids being kids.. My son counted 9 people who were called b4 us. Now my math is a lil rusty but I know damn well we should have been called. Or at least say.. Hey.. All these people have appointments and the people that walk up also has an appointment and your gonna be at least an 2 hour. I can respect that. But that silence bs.. trying to play me off and not look at me or my son in the face is garbage. Although they cut good and have reasonable prices. I just can’t do bad customer service. Good Riddance

Our experience was horrible customer service. We did not walk in, we scheduled an appointment! Although we scheduled an appointment the day before we STILL had to wait behind walk ins! The appointment was scheduled a day early too. Mind you the barber didn’t show up either. I attempted to contact the manager through th e answering service to no avail. I ask why is scheduling an appointment offered? Also, the answering service rep “Tabatha” had the nerve to get smart with me! The urgency was we had a 3:15 head shot scheduled today in preparation for a job! This place absolutely sucks and I would never recommend to anyone again. The convience of being open on Sunday sounds great however when you have an appointment and their barbers call in they act like it’s the customers fault! Horrible service!!!!!!
