First time going here! All the braiders was very friendly. The atmosphere was very inviting. Braiders interacted with the customers with good conversations, I loved it. The lady who braided my hair was nice & she was professional, made sure to ask exactly how I wanted my hair before starting. I believe her name was Sara. I love my braids! Definitely will be going back! Thank you!

I went there with $250 weave and paid $170 for a sew-in. The hairstyle i got looked like an ill-fitting $20 wig. Seriously!

Don’t listen to all reviews lol, they did my hair in like 4 hours… I got waist length singles & I love it. Soon as I walked in they started braiding my hair.- 2nd time going… love it there. Did shoulder length & it took them 2 hours Box Braids

I appreciate the ladies being polite and able to fit me in on such short notice, however, my hair is HORRIBLE. I paid $160 & I had to purchase my hair for $52 and some change. This was a day before my birthday, August 10th. Today is August 16th, 2020. Take a look at the pics. One of the pics is what I showed the worker who I believe is a the owner. They are butterfly locs. She said they can do the . I recieved what appear to be regular focs locs which looked decent at 1st so I was okay even though its NOT what I requested. My issue is that this hair do did not last even 3 daya without looking HORRIBLE. My cousin told me to go back but I would like to at least remember the good customer service skills and some people get upset when you request a change in their work or for some of your hair to be redone so I didnt go back. Instead I just want everyone else to know. If you go DO NOT GET THIS HAIRSTYLE. Perhaps just Braids.

I asked for medium knotless braids and was told they wouldn’t last. I explained I didn’t want small braids and the braiding proceeded. The first braider you could tell she was new as everyone one was giving her pointers- turns out her section was acceptable not to small, even in width and not to tight. The second braider joined her and her section was decent… However the final braider… older lady steps in starts braiding the front EXTREMELY tight small and very uneven which I didn’t discover until she was done. I asked her to please not braid so tight and she apologized and for the next few braids did not. When she started talking with the others loudly and for lack of better explanation aggressively the braids got tighter. After hearing all the loud talking in my ear my head being pulled this way and that I couldn’t get out quick enough. I heard someone ask did she get her reward card… heck no I for sure will not be back. Did I call and let them know – I didn’t. I felt a review to spare someone else was the best route and hopefully y’all will take heed as I didn’t. Most of the poor reviews are for the same things.. not getting what we asked for, loud and rude talking in our ear, etc… all I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!

This place has all the potential to be great. However when braiders are braiding your hair while on their phones or texting gossiping and not paying attention its not a good thing. Its touch money being spent The owner needs to call a meeting and put a stop to this reoccuring phone usage while braiding hair

I will never be back again, the employees were so unprofessional, and promised that they could do the hairstyle that I showed them, but couldn’t follow through, overall I payed them $160 for a hair style that I took out the next day because I was embarrassed to leave my house. Before I left the shop, I told Fatima, the owner that this was not the hairstyle that I showed, and that I was unsatisfied, but she wouldn’t listen saying that it was fine. I went to another hair place the next week to get my hair redone in the correct hairstyle. It was also so dirty, they put dirty hair ties and combs in my hair that even had other people’s hair still in it.

Hairstyle is too expensive and not worth it. Better doing your hair by yourself at home or visit a professional hairstylist cause this isn’t it. Braids
