I brought my 4 year old son for his second hair cut. We had been going to JRs cuts for the past 2 years for my other son’s cuts every month. But I brought my youngest son in for a shape up around his long hair. The stylist Taylor took my son’s bun out and immediately started looking through his hair for lice, called another coworker over to investigate, and then myself who had to explain that it was white flakes from dried up gel and hairspray because I regularly braid his hair. I then needed to show her that they slide right off and how lice on dark hair would not be bright white. She said sorry and continued with the cut and he came home with knicks all over his forehead. We will be unfortunately changing barbershops after all of this time.

I made an appointment for a specific time, i then showed up 10 minutes early and watched 2 hair dressers sit for 30 minutes on their cell phones while i sat there the entire time by myself with nobody else to care for while these 2 ladies sat on their phone doing NOTHING and were WELL AWARE of myv presence. I will never be showing up to this establishment again, and i will tell my friends to stay away too, completely un professional and a waste of my time! (Monday November 7th after 3p i have pictures)

Showed up for our scheduled appt which the front desk employee couldn’t locate. Several long minutes and curt questions later (shushing us at one point) she realises that an employee booked our appt at another location in a different town. Then no apology for the mix up, no attempt to squeeze my son in since we did show up as scheduled, just asked if we wanted to book an appointment. Declined that generous offer. Hopefully if you book here you have time to schedule several appointments or wait a few extra hours for a cut.
