First time visiting. Arrived right at 9:00 when they opened. There were a couple other guys waiting for the doors to open as well (good sign). Got right in with a very minimal wait. Unfortunately my specific stylist’s name escapes me but she was friendly and really made sure she was giving me the haircut I was looking for. Got the hair wash w/ warm towel. That was a nice touch. Finally, the military discount was great and very much appreciated. Can’t beat that service for $9.11. Will absolutely go back when I’m in Bay City again. One note – they do take debit/credit cards but if you want to leave a tip on the card you have to run it in a separate system. Not a huge deal but will just bring cash next time.

My go to place for a haircut. The staff is super friendly and I always leave with a great cut! It is quite busy here at times, but even with a full waiting area, you still get in and out quickly. Today, I had five people on the list ahead of me, but I was still done and on my way in less than an hour. They offer a discount as well for public safety personnel.

Decided to be an adult and get a proper haircut. I was given the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I’ve been back 3 times and each time she just gets better at it too. The hot towel and hair wash is fantastic!
