The staff here are awesome! Very friendly, do a great job with kids, and I am always happy with my haircut. The TVs with sports playing are a nice touch, but I prefer chatting with the stylists. The hot towel is very relaxing and refreshing. I haven’t tried their beard cutting/styling service yet as it is new, but plan to soon. Always a great value and a positive experience!

Took our twins (15yrs old) to this location for the first time about 2 weeks ago. For family pictures we were going to be taking.. Both beauticians were kind and all. They were supposed to get the same exact hair cut. They showed both of the ladies the same picture of what they wanted. Mind you I had zero expectations of them being perfectly alike but I did expect them to be Simular at least!! The one’s station closest to the door was SERIOUSLY watching the TV at her station instead of what she was doing to my son’s head! She cut it so short and left a ton of uneven lines where she was supposed to be blending just running the guard up and down and literally had her eyes watching her TV! Last time I will come to this location ever! Don’t go here if you want someone to actually care about what kinds Haircut you want. At the very least Don’t use the beautician closest to the door. Bc he is gonna give you what ever she feels like doing and watches TV as she is cutting/fading your head. Go to the one on State st! Now they are amazing!

I’ve been going here for years. They’re always relatively quick, very nice and not very expensive. I’ve recommended this place to several friends and occasional take my father here for their father son special. I love their walk in process as they fully work to my schedule and I can walk in when it’s easy for me.

Definitely would not recommend. I showed her a picture and asked for a 3 on the sides to be blended into the top so I could comb my hair straight back and all she did was trim my sideburns super high and snip the sides a couple times. I left with no sideburns and a patchy haircut…
