Critical: Professionalism, ValueI was looking for a new stylist and came across J Rod a few times on a Beauty group I’m in on Facebook. I went to his app to schedule an appt and received an email stating that my appt was in review and I would be contacted shortly. That was on 3/26/2021. Today I still haven’t received an approval for my appt that was supposed to be on 4/6/2021. So I messaged him on messenger and received an automated response to email or text to get in touch with him. So I opted to text and introduced myself and ket him know what I why I was contacting him. See his response below. To tell you I was floored by his response is an understatement. I don’t understand how he feels its ok to respond this way to a potential new client. So unprofessional and uncalled for. I was just wanting to know if my appt was approved since it was coming up shorty. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.I am trying to post the screenshots of our conversation so nothing is miss construed. Hopefully they post. This person is extremely rude!!
