Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went in at 6 there was only two workers doing nails I was skeptical at first but wanted to give them a fighting chance. I spoke up about a nail looking crooked and the lady and her coworker exchanged words in another language which seemed like a disagreement about my nails once I finished my nails she asked me to pick a color I asked her if she can do ombré she replied no I cannot we only do ombré powder than I asked for a simple tree branch design and she said she cannot provide me with any design just a sticker. I’m confused what nail salon has no workers eligible of doing designs. I went in at 6 there was only two workers doing nails I was skeptical at first but wanted to give them a fighting chance. There was an unexperienced nail tech on my nails that had not idea what she was doing!!! all she was doing was damaging and hurting my cuticles!!! another nail texh had to replace her and do everything over again to repainting my nails! every since the owner tony left this place is horrible!!! There was an unexperienced nail tech on my nails that had not idea what she was doing!!! all she was doing was damaging and hurting my cuticles!!! another nail texh had to replace her and do everything over again to repainting my nails! every since the owner tony left this place is horrible!!!
