After receiving a couples massage, I went to pay for the massage. I told the lady that both women could add a $5 tip for their service. The cashier informed the other lady that it was only $5. The other lady quickly got up and said “$5 to little”. My husband and I looked at each other in disbelief that they asked for more for a tip. As to not be rude we said, okay $10 a piece for a total of $20. The staff then proceed to laugh and talk about us in their language. I will not be using this massage place again and would only recommend it to a person who wants to experience a third world countries manners.

The first time I went to get a massage here I was massaged by a female she did a outstanding job, she hit ever tense spot in my body. She put me asleep for a bit, as long as u communicate correctly with them your massage will be done right but if u keep ur mouth shut how do you expect to get the result you need to feel better. My 2nd experience was as good but he did a ok job, still would return because the customer service is excellent and your first experience is always the best I can always ask for the lady to do my massage, clean place also.

When I tell you guys that this was the worst experience I have ever had as a customer, I mean that from my heart. After I had got done getting my massage by the gentlemen there, I went to the register to pay the lady behind the desk. The massage that I got was $38, I handed her 2 $20 bills and told her that they can keep the rest for a tip. After I told her that the lady looks at me crazy and literally says to me, “that’s it? Not even $5?” Then starts going off on me, saying I don’t have any money(basically calling me broke), and then yells all the way across the room to her corworker in Chinese to talk about me infront of me for like 2 mins. I had to take a deep breath and look around to make sure what was happening was real because I couldnt believe it. Tipping is an option, not a requirement. And the fact that I decided to give her a tip, and she was acting nasty and unappreciative over the amount is just disappointing and completely unprofessional. I never write reviews, but this was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and I think everyone should be aware before wasting their money.

I been to this place couple times, i do tip them well, usually $20 to $25, one day i went to get my massage, and the lady keep leaving the room for like 3 minutes every time like 4 times she left, i lost like 12 worth of massage, so i tip them $15 for that, then they started to get on my case, i been here alot of times, ima start going elsewhere, this ain’t right.
