I only give reviews when it’s good, but in this case I had too. When arriving everything was good. Very friendly and even offered me something to drink. When it came to do my hair I was offered washable dye I agreed. When it came time to wash out, not noticing it wasn’t completely washed of my skull noticed it at home. You would of thought the person cutting my hair would had acknowledge it and done something rewash it. No they ignored it. I wanted a high back Bob but just got a Bob. When getting it blowing straight was I burned. It felt like my skull was on fire. Act this point I just wanted it to be blown dry for me to leave. You would of think after all that I would get a percentage off or something not at all. I was charged full price. Will not recommend.

I went here today for the first time. I can’t even explain how happy I am with the results. I had really long curly hair and was sick of it. On the recommendation of the owner’s husband I called and was lucky that Johanna put me in. She cut off about 6 inches maybe more and gave me the cutest asymmetrical bob. She then did the best blowout I’ve had in years. She is a perfectionist She constantly checked to make sure each side was even I really appreciated that. Great price. I’m coming back soon for color that she took the time to help me pick. She really was great. Making sure I was happy several times..i was offered coffee and water. I also noticed there was a section for nails The salon is new and beautiful. Thank you Johanna!!!

I have been going to this hairstylist for the last 3 years, she and this salon are absolutely amazing!!! As a hairstylist myself I can be extremely picky!!! I searched and searched for a hairstylist for years and was never completely satisfied, that was until I found this place… I have not looked back since and will follow JP Glamour House WHERE EVER they go! I highly recommend this salon. If you need the impossible done then this is the place to go. From the most simple to the hardest, they can accomplish any hairstyle you want. I love this salon!! I have tried so many different hairstylists in NJ, but none like JP Glamour House. The salon is well kept and very clean ( a must for hair and nails), the women are all so friendly.. I didn’t want to leave! Johanna is an amazing woman who is always willing to listen. My experience at this salon was nothing short of amazing! I rarely ever write reviews on-line but had to come on here to let y’all know about this HAIR, girl! I came in to color correct my damaged hair a few months ago and the lovely Johanna did some balayage highlights that still look good to this day! Every other stylist that’s looked at my hair since is incredibly impressed with her technique and how natural and seamless it looks.

Love this shop. They do really good work and always slay my hair. I’ve been transitioning to natural and the maintenance has been really easy because of them. They do all kinds of hair from all ethnicities and races, and they can do anything from braids to blowouts.
