Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had to change my 5 star to one star because they ruined my toes and nails on the day of my wedding. I have been going there and taking others for the past nine years. I called ahead and made an appointment for me my maid of honor and my mother. We were all sat in different places and I was treated in a rude and rushed way while my maid of honor was done so good. The lady working on me was previously rude to my sister and when my sister told me the story I had not believed it but now I do. She actually was hurting my feet and while most days I am not picky about how they look she did the worst paint job ever and took over an hr. Then when I was done she acted confused I too was getting nails. I looked at her and had to reiterate I was the bride about to get married. I had lost confidence in her and her time management so I went with what I thought was a simple manicure. She rushed it hurt and it looked awful. My friend that paid was mad she paid for them but I was getting really upset and had to leave immediately. I had two toes inflamed and a fingernail. It was so bad that they bought me press on nails and I could barely fix what she had done. My group is a bunch of non maintenance gals but it was too awful to ignore. The night after I got my toes and nails done I was awoken by pain in hand and foot. I had to change my 5 star to one star because they ruined my toes and nails on the day of my wedding. I have been going there and taking others for the past nine years.
