$13 for a great haircut you can’t go wrong. Very friendly and she took her time to make sure it was perfect. The guy saying they can’t speak English and it was $27, simply not true though I did give her $23 ($10 tip) just because she did a great job

Very poor customer service, not understanding english the style i wanted. Almost pulled my hair out while doing hair-cut, using dryer so recklessly almost burnt my scalp. I will never ever visit it again and wud never recommend it to ladies. Also overpriced who wrote $12 in reviews, she charged me $25.
