Wig shop did not use salon. But the people weren’t very helpful and there was no short wigs at all none all long wigs and lace Fronts. I would not suggest this place for white girls. At least not for wigs I don’t know about extensions I was looking for a wig. They had like 15 which bummed me out because I read online they had a bunch and half a row is not enough for me. I’m sorry to leave a bad review and I hope others enjoy them I was really bummed out by this place plus it’s in a super ghetto area I mean super ghetto.

It is a little pricey because my usual trips are over 50. It has a variety of wig components that I need. They are friendly and helpful ; even at times when the customer isn’t always nice.they are strick on their mask wearing policy. Be careful not to just buy but look at the prices and what you need, sometimes they don’t label all their prices. I was also dismayed at they didn’t carry a lot of really curly wigs in different hair colors.

Joys is one of my favorite wig stores. I like there selection of wigs and colors and employees go out of there way so that we the customer leave happy . I have got there at closing time on a couple of occasions and these nice people have stayed overtime and even reopened there doors if some one is asking to let them in for a quick pick. Always using the excuse that “We know what we want” thank you Joy’s..❤

Immediately recognized my presence and greeted me. I was looking for the looped crochet hair. I was shown the area and it was a limited selection but I was happy. I purchased three. Very nice . It was a great experience. I just wished I was not being watched once I shopped around a bit. Perhaps it was their tentativeness in offering great service.
