Joyful Nail & Spa is a very clean environment, it was so relaxing. I only got a no chip manicure but I’ll be honest I was extremely impressed. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean and calming. My manicure lasted over 2 weeks…. And that way with me putting them through hell (shoveling and picking at ice, cutting down a fence, and more). The only reason I haven’t come back is because I am now pregnant…. But I will definitely be coming back as soon as possible.

Sally did a great job on my nails today. She even suggested the glitter to make them more festive with no upcharge. From my one experience with them this shop seams great and their goal is to give you the best quality service/product even if you don’t know what that is.

I received a no chip manicure on Sunday. My two thumb nails were chipping by Monday! I have NEVER had a no chip actually chip in less than 24 hours. Of course they were accommodating and were happy to fix my nails. It wasn’t easy (or convenient of course to come in and have this done with a baby at home, but of course I wanted them fixed). I believe it was the owner (Sally) who fixed the thumb nails and fixed one more nail that she noticed needed it as well which I appreciate. Literally that same night one of the thumb nails started chipping again. The salon was lovely and the staff was friendly enough, but I’m obviously very disappointed in the chipping.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve used this place before and have been very pleased with their atmosphere and service. The owner is fantastic. Today I walk in for a reg mani and pedi. There were NO CLIENTS. I usually don’t make appointments because I try to come in on weekdays in the morning as I like to enjoy soaking my feet without being rushed for the service. Walking in, I find the employees doing their nails and asked if I had an appointment. I said no but wouldn’t mind waiting. They replied with an annoying tone if I could come back later. Poor customer service really. For a returning client I would’ve finished my nails later as I’m there within BUSINESS HOURS. There’s always the possibility of walk-ins and if they don’t want to expect walk-ins, then do a BY APPOINTMENT ONLY rule.
