I feel so lucky finding Joyful Hands Therapeutic Bodywork. Joy is excellent with massage, overall health and well-being, natural oils and more. If I have specific areas of pain or discomfort I let Joy know and she focuses on those areas to work out the kinks and muscle tightness. Massage is relaxing and healing, but at times we n need some deep tissue massage which is where Joy excels. She provides deep tissue massage to your acceptable level to focus on more tight or strained area of the body. I highly recommend her services. One thing I have also noticed is before each massage session she asks how you are feeling and how the area she worked on the week or so prior is doing. Thank you Joy!
