Tried this salon for the first time since moving to this area. Scheduled a hair cut/wash online. When I got there she decided not to wash my hair and just straighten it & dry cut. I was going from very long hair to shoulder length. Every time I do this is it usually an hour long hair cut. she cut my hair in 15 min, didn’t even ask if i minded that she dry cut it or how i part my hair. As she is wrapping up my hair cut one of her past client’s or friends walked in 15 mins after i was there for my appointment and i was rushed out the door. The pricing online while booking the appointment was much lower than what was actually charged me. Terrible customer service. Will seek out other salons in the area
