I was charged $50 for dipped nails with charges for “shaping” and other unknown convenience charges. However the shaping that occurred was less than 1 minute in which time the nail technician proceeded to file down my natural nails and left them uneven and not shaped. Furthermore, the nail technician used minimal product and did not follow any of the typical process for dipped nail. There was no base just glue and colored powder. Then she used the glue again as a top coat without realizing her mistake and had to take it off again and buff down the minimal product she had put already. Needless to say a nail cracked one day after I got them done and the dip is so thin. I highly recommend you do your research about technicians if you intend to try this place out and ensure you ask about the additional charges they don’t make you aware of; they certainly over charge for services considering the lack of attention they put into their work.

I’m extremely disappointed with this business. Walking in I had high hopes because the place looks great and the people seem friendly. I got a pedicure, but while the girl was working on my nails she commented to another employee “I told you I didn’t want to do a pedicure but you’re making me!”. Then, the next day, my toe started hurting and after another couple of days my toe became increasingly red and swollen, and pus came from behind the nail. I tried to email them about the issue, requesting a refund, but no one ever got back to me. I’m not sure if they used unsanitary equipment or what happened, but my toe is infected and it’s very painful. Very unprofessional, and clearly they do not care.

They are so nice here. They got me and my daughter in same day for full sets with no long wait. They are clean and professional and they did a great job on our nails. They took their time and listened to what we wanted and did great! I highly recommend! Manicure, Acrylic nails, Nail art

Called in 2 days prior to set an appointment for a new set. I arrived 5 minutes early for scheduled time, I waited over 30 minutes finally I asked how much longer to see me. After a few minutes of conversation between the staff, I’m told 5 more minutes. I explained I had another appointment somewhere else and didn’t want to be late. I wasn’t given an apology or explanation for their actions. Just a shrugged shoulder. Completely unprofessional, I have been a customer here for over a year, and treated like my time or patronage weren’t valued at all. I’m very disappointed, myself and my daughter will not be returning.

My best friend and I went in to get pedis and things started great and friendly. Mine quickly went down hill, I was never asked about the water and it was freezing most the time, I was nipped several times with no action to prevent any fungal infections. I feel I had better service at wal mart then I did here. My toes are now so sensitive and one particularly really hurts. I wouldn’t recommend pedis from here.

Went in for an acrylic rebase with gel color. On their website it says that a rebase is $25, and gel color is $15 ($40 total). I was very disappointed that my total came to $60 after fees and before tip!! Additionally, my nails were not properly shaped, they’re all different lengths and shapes. If you go, beware… they don’t have good transparency with their pricing.

They took their time. Offered me a drink and made sure I was well taken care of. My nails were done so gentle and my nail tech was very nice. I gave her a image of what I wanted and she came through. I most defiantly found my new favorite Nail place. Offered me a drink and made sure I was well taken care of. My nails were done so gentle and my nail tech was very nice. I gave her a image of what I wanted and she came through.
