Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe lady was so mean. She scraped off my skin on my ring finger. I went to remove my nail polish and add another polish. On the phone they said $10 and then they charged me $25. I even told her that the black nail polish which I was previously wearing did not come off perfectly and she said “ I did the best I could”. I removed my hand from the UV light and she even tapped me on my hand and asked me to put my hand back in. I will never go here! Hated the service!The lady was so mean. The saving grace of this salon was the quality of the establishment and the cleanliness. I called ahead for a routine gel fill, the color came out different (raspberry instead of a dark-burgundy metallic color) than it looked on the sample, which normally I would let slide except that the color is super splotchy in spots. I also had to completely refile and shape my nails after leaving, which shouldn’t have been an issue since they were already shaped before I came in. Quick, prices are fair for the area, and quality is just about mediocre, but acceptable. I could tell I got lucky and was one of the few in there that actually had a friendly technician, but I won’t be going back to find out if the others are better.
