Love love love this salon! Everyone who works here—from the front desk, to the techs, to the owner are amazing! They treat everyone like a top priority, they give you their full attention and time (unlike some salons I’ve been to where everyone is in a rush). i must of gone on an off day or maybe close to closing time (a little after 5pm), because my experience was awful! i got cut three times by the drill! my nail tech kept on turning the drill higher and higher even after cutting me!! my nail beds hurt from the drill being turned so high. i asked to make my corners softer because i have a child and can’t have sharp corners. – “I ALREADY DID” “do you type? the more you type the corners will get more rounded” my nail tech tells me! it’s YOUR job as a nail technician to do what the customer asks for. amongst other snarky comments – when i first sat down the owner & nail tech were bad mouthing the customer before me. making fun of her. saying she was asking for too much. just so unprofessional. my nail tech kept forcing me to drink my drink the owner had made, wanting me to hold it while my nails had foil on them soaking off. just real uncomfortable.
