Critical: ProfessionalismThis was by far the WORST service I have ever experienced at a nail salon. When I first went I sat with Hannah and she did my nails wonderfully, I usually get an overlay. But when I had to get a fill that’s when it went down hill. First I called to make an appointment and when I got there they were so busy they didn’t take me until about an hour later. With an overlay you have to remove the powder and the lady that did my nails said they couldn’t do that because it was too late and then proceeded to tell me to make an appointment next (which I did with Hannah). So she just put gel white nail polish on top which I hated but I really didn’t want to argue so I just paid and left. The last time I went was the worst time, I sat with the lady that sits right next to the cash register and I’m pretty sure it was the owner. I made an appointment and specifically said over lay, and she was trying to make me get gel I’m assuming because it is quicker to do. She cut my nails so short that they hurt, they also started chipping the same day because she did the overlay so thin and now my actual nails are breaking. So I went back to get my nails fixed and she did a HORRIBLE job, she literally took the overlay off to only put the powder on the tip of my nails. When I brought it up she tried to give me a lame excuse as to why she is doing this. I paid $50 for my nails to be very short after I worked hard for them to get to where they were at and not only that but got them to just chip off. Critical: ProfessionalismThey did not give me what I asked for , then on top of that I asked for a new set and she was being extremely rough , why would you even let somebody leave with they nails like this , Honestly nobody would be satisfied and I’m pretty sure you would want a refund to . They did not give me what I asked for , then on top of that I asked for a new set and she was being extremely rough , why would you even let somebody leave with they nails like this , Honestly nobody would be satisfied and I’m pretty sure you would want a refund to . I asked for a certain shape and this is the horrible work I received , never going there again.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMom and I have been going here for years but lately the quality has gone downhill. I don’t get my nails done very long but they make them so thin I end up breaking at least one in the first week (I’m not doing anything strenuous either).They don’t honor appointments (they’ll take a walk in knowing it will make them VERY late for the appointment and you wait anyway) – but then complain when you don’t make an appointment. We haven’t made appointments in forever because it doesn’t seem to matter, it’s treated the same.Our final straw was making the trip there after work tonight getting there at about 6:15 which is normal for us and they refused to do our nails because even though they’re supposed to be open until 7, everyone went home early. Not only is this not the first time we’ve been turned away but the attitude has been horrible lately too. Mom and I have been going here for years but lately the quality has gone downhill. I don’t get my nails done very long but they make them so thin I end up breaking at least one in the first week (I’m not doing anything strenuous either).

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityJoy nail was crazy busy. Walking in I immediately felt uncomfortable. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job and was very friendly, but I don’t think I would go back. I waited 30 minutes over the time they told me, the parking is atrocious, and it’s a small place so everyone’s packed in like sardines. Definitely not relaxing. $35 for a pedicure is a little steep in my opinion.
