My thumb nail broke one day after getting them. I went back and it was fixed at no charge. They look like they still need to be redone because my cuticles look so big. Dip powder

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy sisters and my nieces have been going there for about a year or two now. This time they told us to come in at 9:30 instead of our normal 9:00. Out of 8 of us they were able to sit 6 of us for our pedicures. 3 of those 6 weren’t even started until 10:30 until they had someone available. 2 of us waited to get seated so we decided to reschedule for the following week. They charged me $100 for the 2 little ones that were with us. They were 7 and 9. They got kids pedicures and gel manicures. I asked if they would be willing to not charge us for one of them because of the wait and that 2 of us had to reschedule. Not to mention there were 3 people they booked for 10:30 that really would have been late if they took the 2 of us that waited. As far as I was concerned they were lucky that we rescheduled or they would have been way behind. When I asked for the no charge of the kids pedicures which were $18 each the manager didn’t want to hear it. I explained why I thought they should offer something since we spend money there every month and she put the blame on us for wanting gel pedicures. Well the 3 that were done were regular not gel. 2 of which were the little girls. That had nothing to do with them not have enough people to take the 2 of us they couldn’t get in or the 3 people they didn’t start until 10:30. I ended up paying the full price because the manager walked away when I pointed out that they hadn’t even started my one niece. She went over to her so I had to follow her. Very rude. I told her my family wouldn’t be back. The woman really doesn’t speak English so I didn’t know what she asked me besides if I wanted 30 minutes. When she started the massage it felt good but the more she got into it the worst it felt. She dug her elbow into my back as far as she could, the bone in her palm she push hard into my back. As she massaged my arms, she pinched them more than once in the same spot. Whenever her co-workers walked by she would stop and talk to them. At one point she had a cold liquid that she was getting on me and it wasn’t the oil. They are also quite pushy, they kept asking me to buy stuff I didn’t want. At the end of the day i am sore from the massage instead of feeling relaxed and better.
