I’ve been going here for five years as my go-to nail place in town. I went there today with my little girls age 4 and 5. When I asked the price for just polish on hands she told me the same price as an adult manicure. I knew that was ridiculous but being that I already walked in with two excited little girls I didn’t feel like arguing but I knew that was ridiculous/cheating/ unfair and I was being taken advantage of. I said fine and THEN my daughter picked out 5 colors – one for each finger – and she was so rude and said that’s going to be an additional $5 bc it takes sooo much more time. I was LIVID but again I just went with it to keep the excitement for my kids. Meanwhile she finished each of my daughters in 10 minutes each AND she was doing free nail art designs for her other adult patrons next to me. It was absolutely unfair and unjust – I mean they are kids, their nails are a quarter the size of adults and I spent $50 on just getting their nails painted. I was a super loyal customer but I’m done with this place – the owner Anna is unfair, rude and not bubbly and upbeat like most nail place owners that want to keep their loyal customers happy and wanting to come back. I’m so disappointed and feel cheated and taken advantage of.

Critical: QualityI ask beforehand and they said $45 but then they charged me $80 without telling me that the ombré has Additional charge. The ladies were nice but very poor quality nails, broke after a week and got an infection. Definitely not worth it at all.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI got acrylics done for a little more than 2 and a half hours for a french acrylic set (no crazy design) just for one of my nails to crack and break while i was fixing my shoe lace before putting the shoe on (only 2 days after i got it done). I have gone to nail salons and grew out my acrylics more than i wanted and hit my hand hard gone swimming twice a week with them and worked at a day care and my nails did not break or chip. It seemed very easy to break since i was able to take them off myself without any special tools. I got acrylics done for a little more than 2 and a half hours for a french acrylic set (no crazy design) just for one of my nails to crack and break while i was fixing my shoe lace before putting the shoe on (only 2 days after i got it done).
