Called for a pedicure ended up getting gel nails redone as well absolutely fantastic service extremely quick but not a rushed bad job. Very happy will and will be back. I recommend Vanessa for gel nails 12-22-22 I had an appointment today at 1 o’clock I called ahead to ask them not to put the candle on I am asthmatic and the candle affects my breathing. The woman who works the front desk refused to turn the candle off. They just lost a customer. How bizarre

I am not super thrilled with my first time experience at Joy Nails. I went for pedicure and some kind of manicure. Pedicure was good. Carmen seems to be thorough enough. The girls clearly talk about customers in Spanish but I guess that’s the nature of a nail salon.

I just left joy nails on Parsippany road and I’m very dissatisfied with the service. I have been going there for well over a year and I am truly not happy.. the nail (choosing not mention their name) was very rough… last time I went to them the techno had last month talked me out of the dip powder and just did a gel color. I told them my nails are super thin and I need something to strengthen them. Again just did the gel color and sent me on my way… we I knew it was going last and I went back today to start all over I requested a gel manicure with tips so I can get my nails back to the lenght I had. the tech today was super rough and when I pulled my hands always because they where hurting me they kept pulling my hands back and aggressively filing away my cuticles. And then when they put the gel on (this always happens to me) it started to burn and I took my hand out from the light and I’m immediately look at and told back in… I told the tech it’s burning I need a second… after they proceed to pour alcohol all over my hands causing them to burn more… completely dissatisfied and need to find a new place

They have amazing sweet staff, and I gave them a hard time not on purpose just bad nail polish choice and they had to re apply it but they were super sweet about it. My toes came out so cute and so did my eyebrows… Love the shop. I’ll be back and you should go too
