Did a sloppy job rushed the cut. I asked for layering and she cut it flat and used “layering scissors” for the rest I guess that’s what you get for a 20$ hair cut. She left neck hair didn’t even line me up. I asked about the neck hair and she grabs the buzzers with guard on like that’s going to do something. Worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten
