Beyond amazing! Hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with! As a former collegiate athlete turned weekend warrior (runner, cyclist, fitness class enthusiast,) I’ve had my share of physical therapists help me recover from injuries. Katrina employs those same types of techniques to give you relief, getting to the root of your problems even when you don’t realize your pain is actually a symptom of pain that started elsewhere. She intuitively finds problem spots. I went in for help with a bad back strain, and she not only gave me the first relief I’d found in 2 weeks of trying everything else, she also helped with tightness in my legs I wasn’t aware of, and I practically went skipping out of our appointment! Beyond her skill, she is also one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. I can’t say enough good things about her!

I Recently saw Katrina, wasn’t sure at first she would be able to help me, however, telling her where my pain was, what it felt like, she concentrated on those areas and I feel like a new woman! My left leg was going numb and hurt all the time! I’m a nurse and I am on my feet all the time. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still pain free! I will be going back to make sure my pain stays away! Totally would recommend and have to all my friends.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have been to many massage therapists in my life but Katrina at Journey Massage will be the last therapist I will go to.She is sensitive to my pain needs and knows right where I hurt without me even telling her. Last year I had pain in my shoulder and was unable to lift my my arm above my head. Katrina worked on my shoulder using massage, hot stones and warm towels and it was amazing how quickly it healed and I was able to have full range of motion.2 weeks ago I had major neck pain that shot up into my head. I texted Katrina and asked if there would be anyway she could see me that day. She got me in that afternoon and when I left her studio an hour later I was pain free. Katrina is absolutely amazing! She is kind, compassionate, loves the Lord, and is AMAZING at massage therapy. And I must emphasize the word therapy! She goes above and beyond, and gets the the source of the issue, and rectifies it. She’s great at everything, including neck issues, which is super hard to find! Hands of steel, heart of gold! You just gotta go to her!
