Journey Well is a restorative massage and bodywork space located in the quaint Main St. atmosphere of downtown North Wilkesboro. Thai Yoga Massage is our specialty, a niche style of bodywork with origins from Thailand. A typical session may include stretching, acupressure, deep compressions, and other soft tissue manipulation. Typically clients stay fully clothed and minimal oil is used. Other modalities are offered such as the common swedish and deep tissue massage. At Journey Well we believe massage and bodywork are effective modalities to promote mental and physical well being. All sessions are catered to individuals comfort level and mobility.

I had a foot soak and swedish massage on Mother’s Day. Journey Well provided a full sensory experience. The aromas, sounds, decor, and massage were heavenly! I was so relaxed I almost forgot I have three kids. I was able to form full thoughts without being interrupted! Laramie took the time to listen and put a lot of thought into tailoring the session to me. I can’t remember the last time I felt that relaxed and then I was so energized afterward. The effects have lasted through the week as I have had the energy to clean my house and play with the kids. Anna and Laramie are both knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. 100% will be booking again!!!
