We provide superb therapeutic massage and chiropractic services in a caring, upscale, professional environment. We have multiple options for chiropractic care and therapeutic modalities, such as activator, flexion distraction, cold laser, spinal decompression, electro therapy and therapeutic ultrasound. We offer massage in a variety of styles – traditional Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal as well as Postnatal Massage, Hot Stone, Oncology Massage, Ashiatsu Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Couples Massage. In our practice there is no such thing as the 50-minute hour. Each client receives a full 30, 60, 90 or 120 minute hands-on session, and we build in plenty of time for discussion and follow-up. You should never feel rushed.

I scheduled my first massage today and I had the wrong address in my GPS. I arrived almost 10 min late for a 30 min massage. I had to fill out paperwork before the massage so I lost another 5 min leaving me with maybe 15 min to undress and have the remainder of the 30 min massage. This was not going to be worth a 10 min massage and I needed deep tissue. They happily took my $53 and I left with no massage. I was late however it would be nice to have another option other than paying for nothing. I was vetting this place because I am a physique athlete and need both chiropractic and massage as well as the sauna. I had high hopes that I found what I needed. Unfortunately I can not feel good about ever going back to this place.

Their schedule may be booked out, but it is worth the wait! I won’t take a star for that because it means they’re good at what they do, they can only see how many they can see in a day! It is always an amazing experience, whether my husband and I are in for a couples’ massage or I’m in for myself with Brittney. She always gives a custom experience based on my needs and what she feels as she goes.

I had my first trip to Journey and Dr. Bobby last week for a neck and shoulder issue. It was an excellent experience for me. Dr. Bobby, Carla, Brittany, Samantha, and Anastasia as well as the rest of the staff within Journey were friendly, personable, professional and they all work hard to ensure your experience is the best of the best! My neck / shoulder issue has improved dramatically and I have to thank the Journey Team for that! Hats off to you, Journey!

I am COMPLETELY disappointed in this business. My wife just left an “appointment” at this location. She by her own error entered the incorrect address into the GPS since she had never been there. When she arrived a few minutes late for her 30 minute massage, the lady told her she would have to fill out all of the paperwork first, so she would only be getting an approximate 10 minute massage. She asked if she could fill out the paperwork after, or of something could be worked out and she was told no. When she decided to not waste her time on a 10 minute massage, she jokingly said, something to the effect of “well I guess that was a donation then.” They lady said “We certainly appreciate it.” This is completely ridiculous, and is no way to treat customers if you intend to have repeat business. Stay FAR AWAY from this place. My wife needed this massage, and was unable to get it. Was she late? yes, but to have zero compassion for her and make no attempt to help her out shows where your true purpose is. It isn’t in helping patients or clients. It’s the almighty dollar. Keep the $53. You won’t get another penny from us or anyone we can talk out of coming there.

These are amazing people doing amazing things. They are always warm, patient, and kind. ALL of them. Then, the extra steps they go to in order to guarantee your comfort are crazy! The Chiropractic half has done wonders for me in managing and removing pain, not to mention improving my flexibility. The Massage half has helped me to relax and de-stress, but also reminded me how important it is to just have a little self-care. Sorry to ramble, but I really can’t say enough nice things about them.

Wonderful staff with fantastic care. They are not like the other high priced chiropractors that have you take a “plan” and pay 1000s up front (been there before with another) they fix what’s wrong the right way and no extra add on cost for decompression. (like the other I mentioned above) still havnt tried the massage area but it’s a plan.
