I have been going to Sadie for almost a year now and she is so experienced and talented!! She is the business owner and I absolutely love the way she operates and carries out her business with her partner Kalen. They are extremely professional, kind, reasonable, and welcoming. I love going to journey salon and suites and they recently did the entire inside and expanded it. They offer color treatments, extensions, nails, haircuts, etc. They only hire the best of the best there and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to spruce up there doo.

She is super experienced with blonde hair and always tones my hair perfectly. I trust her so much, I just let her do her thing at this point.I recently got extensions and it’s so blended I can’t tell the difference between my hair and the extensions unless I feel the roots. I always forgot they are there. The price is reasonable since getting blonde hair and extensions are not cheap, but I always feel like I get better quality than what I pay for.Plus…my hairstylist Savannah is not only talented, but is kind and always making sure I am happy with the results. I love our appointments because she is so personable and is really easygoing to talk with. At the same time, I feel relaxed and not like I have to be saying something the entire time. My hair has always been very fine and thin so I’m really pleased that my hair is not damaged. They did a good job, but the salon staff are so unwelcoming. The girls all seem catty, were talking loudly amongst each other and didn’t do anything to make any of the customers feel comfortable or welcome. I don’t usually complain about things like that bc I know they are people too, but it was really bad.

Such a disappointing experience. It’s very rare that I splurge on my hair. But I decided why not. This place had really good reviews. So I expected it to be really great experience. The lighting in the studio is yellow light. so when I was done I thought my hair was perfect and just what I wanted. And when I saw it in daylight lighting. Turns out that it was horrible. It was orange on the top. Not properly toned throughout. It was so uneven in color. It was embarrassing to go out in public with it.

The color turned out perfect and exactly the color and tone I wanted. She also was very accommodating and asking if I wanted changes throughout the process. I will definitely be back for Savannah.
