Lamona is a wonderful masseuse! I decided to treat myself to a massage on my birthday in the hope that it would help with relaxation and back pain. Lamona crafts every massage to the person and what they’re hoping to gain. She talked to me about my goals for the massage beforehand and made sure she was careful about the health issues I mentioned while also paying attention to the tension spots in my upper back (knots, mostly).

From the moment I walked in I felt a sense of peace and relaxation and this only continued once in the massage room. I have had many massages in my lifetime (swedish, thai, pre-natal and oncologist) this massage was definitely in my top 5 of best massages.
