Had a Korean Wavy Hair Perm! Susan is such a easy to talk to nice person! I haven’t had my hair cut pretty short in a while so I was nervous at first, but I love what she did and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Definitely will be coming back. Perms

She doesn’t do guy haircuts very well, I showed her a picture and got the complete opposite of what I wanted. She didn’t really listen to make sure I was getting what I wanted and she rushed through and didn’t even make sure the sides and back were blended. Hairstyling

The stylist (i’m assuming is the head stylist/owner) was nice enough to squeeze me in last minute! I highly recommend calling to get an appointment as they can be busy. But i showed her a reference video of a haircut i wanted and she did it perfectly! The hair wash was nice too afterwards and I’m very happy with my cut. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

I can understand it since it may get impacted by covid. However, not only she rushed into cutting my hair, but the final haircut just turn out to be terrible, missing a lot of details, and the quality was just not there. I do believe she is capable to do it perfectly, she might just not be able to focus on me that day. I have shoulder length hair, and went in for a haircut. The entire haircut finished within 10 minutes, and she didn’t wash my hair at all. I can understand it since it may get impacted by covid. However, not only she rushed into cutting my hair, but the final haircut just turn out to be terrible, missing a lot of details, and the quality was just not there. I do believe she is capable to do it perfectly, she might just not be able to focus on me that day. So good luck to the future customers!

I’ve been going to Jenny Kim for almost 10 years. She used to work at the hair salon next to the Kobawoo grocery store. I only go to her for my hair cuts because she is highly experienced. I have thin hair that gets tangled and messy very easily especially during the winter. She transforms my hair into long light layers that stays tangle free! I also love how light and voluminous my hair feels after the transformation! Jenny Kim always goes above and beyond for me and provides excellent customer service. After cutting my hair she styles it for me by straightening it or waving the ends. I highly recommend coming to this hair salon! I only trust Jenny Kim with my hair!
