Grace and the staff are so sweet, they always puts you at ease. I told Grace what my goals were and she explained the best way to achieve them. I I had heard about them through a friend who had great results with the threads. I started with the threads and Botox. Since then I’ve done a few different services that they offer and been going there for my skin care regularly for two years.

Grace is beyond amazing! It’s so difficult to find a talented medical aesthetician and Grace is not only incredibly talented, she’s knowledgeable and is constantly keeping up with the latest procedures and techniques. She so enjoyable to talk with, learn from and I am just honestly thankful I found her. She’s a true artist. After my latest visit, I actually smiled (a real one) I went from just being kinda sad when I’d look at my reflection (and wonder what happened/when did I get so old?) to being happy with how I look. Went to Joules to get my lips done due to the recommendations and the amount of highly rated reviews they had only to be very disappointed. Keep in mind this is not my first time getting Lip filler. I went in and explained very thoroughly what I was looking for as far as enhancement to my lips. I wanted more surface area rather than projection outwards. I received the complete opposite. She put almost, if not more, than 3/4 of the syringe in my top lip focusing on the cupids bow. My top Lip underneath was so bumpy and lumpy. On my bottom lip I could only feel filler in the bottom corners. Absolutely none in the middle of my bottom lip. Leaving my top lip hoovering over the bottom. I feel like my wants were not taken into consideration and I received what the injector wanted to do rather than what I was looking for. My results were noticeably uneven due to the amount of comments I received in a short 4 day span. I was nervous about getting them done at a new place in the first place as I had to attend a wedding not even 6 days later. I reached out to Joules to see if I could come back in and see if they would even them out and if my top lip could be fixed in anyway, only to be told that I would most likely have to spend more on another syringe when it was their mess up. I ended up not even responding back because I was in awe they would even mention the possibility of needing to pay for something more that they messed up. I ended up reaching out to another Med Spa, The Refinery, to see if I could get another Nurses opinion on my results. Thank gosh to them, they dissolved my filler at no charge to me because of the results they saw from Joules. The only reason I am even giving this 2 stars is due to the Friendliness of the staff.

I have been here a total of three times. I really waited to write this because I wanted to make sure that the filler settled. Well it did and it’s awful. I had cheek filler done in September and my face is unfortunately worse looking than before. Will attach before & after pictures. Somehow, maybe over filling or plain putting in it the wrong area, created what looks like two black eyes. The day I went in I had zero hallowness/sunken. Now it’s like a skeleton. I will have to pay to have this filler removed. And try to fix this. DO NOT GO HERE.

I’ve also done some Botox with Grace – she is nice and did a good job. I love to support small businesses and this is one of them. I would recommend the skin care club and both, Grace and Lucy to friends and family.I gave 4/5 stars due to the upkeep of the facility. The craftsmanship of the walls, ceilings, painting and cabinetry is poor and mismatched. Seems odd for a place doing such nice services. Went here for my a lip flip, also ended up getting Botox because I’ve been wanting it and Grace was so accommodating. She was knowledgeable, kind, quick and just sweet. So pleased with my results! My forehead looks amazing and my lip flip is so subtle yet so so perfect!! Will be back!
