Joty and her staff were incredible. This was my first time getting a wax and experiencing a facial. They were very understanding as I have felt self conscious about this and have been feeling ashamed of the facial hair that I have. Joty and her team showed me how to care of my face and areas after the wax, how often I should come, and what products to use to help it. I left feeling clean and glad I took the time to do self care. Her establishment was clean, well lit, and the parking was near the entrance. Will definitely be back soon.

Decent but would not go again!! I was extremely hesitant to come here because of the mixed reviews, and only did so because my other choices were booked for this weekend and this one had openings (which I now understand why). I have gotten Brazilian waxes before at a different locale and they do a fine job and make sure that they get every hair out, even if it’s ingrown. However, this place did not. She did not do clean up strips, even when I asked. It was very unhygienic: the floor was dirty, she used the same stick for the wax the entire time (double dipping), and did not use obstetrician approved wipes. I was charged $65 and wasted an additional $20 for the booking deposit. For $85, this place was definitely not worth it.
