Used to love this place for years but now that Teresa has retired and it’s all new staff that sorry to say, don’t know what they doing. Yuly was my favorite person but every stylist that used to be there is now suddenly gone. So upsetting. I tired the new girls out and each time I was beyond disappointed. My hair was still puffy, frizzy and dry. I have fine hair so its pretty easy to straighten but I guess they don’t know what they doing.

I wanted to love this place. But it is very sterile and the longest wait ever in life. My 1st experience in a shop like this without appointments. The lady who washed my daughters hair was pleasant and smiled and the owner also smiled when she checked my daughter hair. The women who styled her hair was so dull no smile jut cold. I liked my daughter hair. I also asked for a drink of water for my daughter not me as I was not the customer while she was sweltering in the hair dryer they told me no sorry we dont have any. did not offer anything else when they have a full list of complementary drinks. I most likely wont be back. Didnt tell me what product they used or offer me any tips to maintain just a sweat shop for hair…
