I have read the low reviews that people have left for Helms Salon, and I must say that I don’t quite understand the complaints. I have been going to Josh for years, and I have been completely satisfied with the results each time. When I first went to Josh, my hair was fried from my visits to cut-rate salons and my own attempts at coloring my hair. Josh worked wonders to get my hair back to a healthy state, and I appreciate his efforts and success very much. That’s one of the many reasons I keep coming back. And, as much as I’d like to get a $10 deal like my husband does when he goes to his barber, I understand that if you want quality, most likely you are going to have to be willing to pay for it. I want quality, Josh provides quality, and I pay for quality. As for his hick assistant—well, you just have to get to know her. She’s a good and decent person who does her job well, even if she did just walk out of the hills into big metropolitan Bristol. I came from those same hills, hills that produce fine, hard working people. It’s time to cut the woman a little slack.
