Had an appointment with Taylor after she advertised that she was taking new clients via a Facebook ad. She wrote me via Facebook messenger an hour before the appointment time saying we needed to reschedule for later on that day. I responded saying “No problem.” and asked her what time slots she had for the remainder of the day. She never returned my message and it’s been 3 days. Very unprofessional, in my opinion. Needless to say, I’ll be bringing my business elsewhere.
