Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI found this place through google and wanted to give it a chance based off of their work I’ve seen. I made an appointment but later found out that their appointment system is very complicated and not in line with what their website has listed. I arrived and Joey was very nice and hospitable but my haircut wasn’t up to par for someone who has been cutting hair for so long. I felt as if he was rushing through the process because his next appointment showed up half way through my haircut. I asked for a skin fade but received one length on the entire sides and back of my head. When it came time to line up my hairline, he kept standing back and eyeballing it. When I arrived to my car I could instantly notice that my hairline was crooked on the ends. Overall just not happy with their haircut. I also got my eyebrows waxed which was even a worse experience. I went to the nail room with Glenn and sat in a weird rolling chair that reclined half way so he could wax my eyebrows but the whole experience left me super tense. Glenn then proceed to work on my eyebrows which both ending up differently shaped. He also did not wax the middle of my brow, leaving me with hair that I was paying to be removed. There was no communication and I was very Unpleased. I was supposed to be charged $25 for the haircut and $12 for the eyebrows but was rather upset when I was charged $30 for the haircut and $15 for the eyebrows. I made an appointment but later found out that their appointment system is very complicated and not in line with what their website has listed.
