My wife wanted to cry, too bad we can’t give 0 star, but she said she went there for a Keratin treatment. She spent 4 hrs and $$, she was totally unhappy and did not get what she wanted. The worst thing was when the lady told her that another client was coming and she needed to work with her and my wife had to leave. How unprofessional!! long story short she will NEVER go back there and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Critical: ProfessionalismThe girl that helped me said she could do the haircut I was looking to get, then she started asking her mate to help her she seemed unsure, and made me uncomfortable, I then asked her mate if she was sure that was going to be the result she said yes, they only did part of the haircut I asked(they only cut my bangs) they said they needed to blowdry it first in order to finish the look this girl took more than 40 minutes to blowdry my hair when usually it takes 15 minutes and once she finished she asked if I wanted to do the rest I said yes obviously she said she didn’t have time since she had another appointment, and I had to come back meaning I have to pay twice for a job I asked to be completed and that I was possible to complete in the first place. The girls were amazingly nice but I think when you going to be charged $138 for your hair you should at least be told to head of time I have never been charged that much my hair is long she did work hard on my hair but it doesn’t look much different than it did before basically more bleach and a little lighter put the money is what got me with the tip and cost me over $200 we’re not in Hollywood people you need to be told or I believe if something’s going to be over $150 they should go through it with you and tell you. But I would go back just because it is a beautiful hairstyle just wasn’t expecting the price!
