Lorena was horrible. I brought my daughter for a trim. I asked her to cut one inch to get it to chin length. I literally requested the same length all around, as it was styled originally. Before I even had a chance to realize, Lorena had cut short bangs and a bowl cut. When I asked her to even out the length of the back, she just kept cutting the front shorter. The haircut is absolutely awful. My daughter’s hair grows slowly so it will be months before it even reaches her chin. So disappointed. Spent an hour getting her to try to fix the haircut to no avail. We had to wait 20 minutes for Joe to finish with a client so he could resolve the issue. He did what he could to fix the back but the front is a disaster. Joe was very apologetic and did not charge us, but I would have paid any amount to not have such a horrible cut on my daughter. Cannot even look at her without tearing up.
