I always kept it short and since it was long enough, I thought I’d try something different. With this pandemic, I thought I was going to have to wait longer. I was lucky when I found Josephines Beauty Salon on Facebook. I was quickly able to get an appt for a perm.The salon was practicing all required safety measures. There wasn’t many people allowed in, we all had masks. The ladies were professional and very sweet.It’s been about a month and I still have great curls. I was searching for a change with my hair style. I always kept it short and since it was long enough, I thought I’d try something different. With this pandemic, I thought I was going to have to wait longer. I was lucky when I found Josephines Beauty Salon on Facebook. I was quickly able to get an appt for a perm.

Most of the ladies their are very good at what they do. I personally love IRMA, she takes her time and is pleasant to talk to( she is second chair from the entrance) the lady at the end, (furthest from the door) is also very kind and tentative to what you want. The lady in the first chair (closest to the entrance) looks like she may be good with adults but definitely not with kids. She is very quick, does not take her time, leaves kids with hair everywhere, she is not gentle, she always has her own child their with her and i think that takes up her attention (try to avoid your kids sitting there). Since it is always my kids that come for the haircuts i try and go when i know Second chair lady will be there. Also they recently added a manicure station at the entrance so it feels a bit crowded in there and the tiny space smells like chemicals now. I’ve been coming here for last 5 years, i drive a ways away too, but looks like I will have to find a new favorite spot.
