This nail studio is small, cute and clean. I was able to walk in and get an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. The women who did them was very thorough and did fantastic. This picture is from today which is exactly 4 weeks after my appointment. As you can see I have growth but no chips! Reason behind 4 stars rather than 5 is for the gel selection and the language barrier which was expected but can be hard when establishing exactly what you want. I would absolutely recommend Joseph’s if your looking to get your nails done!

This was a spur of the moment walk in, and I’m so glad we came. I wanted a simple gel manicure and my skin is very sensitive as I just got out of the hospital and have a chronic illness. Nina was quick, gentle, efficient, and generally just very kind. Her work came out beautiful and on top of that, the prices were very reasonable. I brought my mom in with me for one too, and we both were very pleased with the work done. We will be back!

I have been here more than once, it’s convenient to my home and walk ins are readily accepted. I have never been extremely happy with the service here, but when in a pinch would go there due to convenience. I was there yesterday and their cleaning procedures and process of doing nails is unsanitary. There was no plastic bag placed in tub, I witnessed the foam from between toes being placed back in drawer which is where it came from for each new customer. A used disposable nail file was used on me and the metal file to smooth calluses was put back uncleared. The place was dirty with ripped chairs and chairs were not sanitized between customers. The tubs were being cleaned with and old unsanitary sponge. I witnessed this because I sat with my feet being soaked in lukewarm water with no soap etc for half an hour. I am mad at myself for not walking out. Do not go there!!

My gf and I were there about a week ago, first off they do not use new stuff per person….. it’s all reused on everyone. Her lady cut her with the dead skin remover (cheese grater) and put her bleeding foot back into the water it was bleeding for hours after our pedicure… didn’t say sorry didn’t offer a discount nothing. We both will never go back to this dump

It was very friendly and opening, loved being here! Great service. The only problem I have is that when she was filing she made my cuticle bleed, it was an accident and she apologized and was very sorry. I’m definitely coming here again Id recommend it to anyone.

I spent 2 hours sitting there waiting for them to do my girlfriend’s nails. They came out bulky, uneven, cuticles were showing and her nails were dirty with lent from the rag. she went back in, not once but twice within an hour AFTER she got her nails done. ALSO we went to walmart RIGHT after and Walmart fixed them in 20 minutes. (blue nails are the bad nails and bulky.) ( pink nails are walmart)
