Have been going to this salon for at least a year and have found the hairdresser that does my hair to be friendly, courteous and very professsional. I told her exactly what color I wanted and the style that I was looking for a she has achieved it….perfectly! I also have a manicure done there and the manicurist always does an excellent job! My nails never have been so long or looked so good! My advise the Google user….she should have kept going back until they did it right….without extra charge. The owners would have done it to make you satisfied!

HORRIBLE! I went yesterday as a new customer after a consultation with the owner and I came home with nothing that I asked for. I spent a lot of money and the experience was awful. The blonde in my hair is steel grey and there are spots missed all over my head. It looks like a child colored my hair. It is so upsetting. Between the owner yelling out directions to his brother and then i get BARKED at to stop moving my head, it was awful and the owner should be ashamed of himself on many levels. I will never go back as all i left with was substandard work and a dose of the owners unearned ego. This was written from my mother who does not have an account or understand how it works and requested I put her sentiments down

No waiting with an appt. Haircut was good. Average prices. Separate person shampoos your hair. Option to dry your own hair after coloring.
