I go to a salon 90% for the experience and 10% for the haircut. The experience here wasn’t what I was hoping for, but I am still very happy with my cut. Feree did a great job cutting my hair and made a recommendation for long face framing pieces that I liked a lot. I also loved the layers that she did. However, I was at the shampoo bowl for less than five minutes which is not typical for a salon that advertises the experience. They also used a short towel for my long hair which left the back of my shirt soaking wet on my eczema-prone skin. I was also not asked about my scalp/hair goals so I presume they use the same shampoo/conditioner products for everyone. Also, hair got all over my drink without warning. The atmosphere is very “great clips esque.” I was satisfied with my experience but it wasn’t stellar. I will keep looking. 🙂

Joseph and Friends in Johns Creek is hands down the best place to go for hair related services AND if you’re looking to hang around some really nice and fun people!! I’ve been seeing Tezu at J&F for over 10years. She is the absolute when it comes to color and highlights! I love the friendly atmosphere and cozy chairs at J&F. The Aveda products aren’t so bad either
