Love it, love it, live it! J&F is a very remarkable salon. They believe in lifelong improvement and learning, so do I. Jan did an excellent job with my root touch-up and this was the first time I see her working at this location. Des, well Des is a very professional stylist and a great person to be around. She truly listens and has this sixth sense, to know exactly what your hair needs.

Absolutely gorgeous result on my hair, which had been dyed too dark by the last place I visited. Great cut, though I wish he had done a professional trim on my bangs. We sort of ran out of time and the advice was for me to trim them myself. Unfortunately, this visit was very expensive (I have had color corrections before and this was twice as much) and while I would love to use them regularly, I just don’t think I can afford to. Maybe I will keep this as a treat for myself once or twice a year.

Today was the most enjoyable hair-cutting appointment ever. As a new client, I explained to Joseph Golshani (the owner) that I have neither the talent nor the interest to spend time on my hair; I want a “wash-and-wear” style. Joseph truly listened to me and explained as he went along how many different ways I can style this cut. I learned quite a lot today. And this haircut is fabulous! I am excited to experiment over the coming days! I will definitely be a regular client.

Did not, in any way, receive what I asked for. Not in color, not in cut. They’re are talented professionals within this establishment. Just not the one I last saw. Be careful who you schedule with. Massi is awesome! Very good, very attentive and you leave with the idea she cared about what you wanted. My last experience was not the same. I felt the cut was rushed to get to his best appointment. He burned my scalp with the hair dryer. It hurt at the time but was much worse the next day. I am not going to mention names but buyer beware
