Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get my hair cut and colored purple here and it was amazing. But since that first time I got my hair done here I haven’t been able to make an appointment at all, I have been told that they would get back to me repeatedly but I never hear back from them. I went in one day to see if I could do a walk in since there’s no communication otherwise. They said I had to call ahead to make an appointment. Is anyone else having this experience? But since that first time I got my hair done here I haven’t been able to make an appointment at all, I have been told that they would get back to me repeatedly but I never hear back from them. I visited this place for the first time in early January, for a color and, cut.Raul was my stylist. He did a fantastic job of correcting a “choppy” haircut from another stylist. My color and cut, look amazing. The color is holding well, which, never happens for me. Lol. Very friendly atmosphere, and, comfortable. I will be back.
