Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe owner of that salon, Josefina, wasn’t clear about the price. I was supposed to get charged $50-$60 for straightening my hair. She told me that when she personally saw my nice shoulder length hair. At the end, she ended up charging me $100 total because I got my hair trimmed with bangs & also because they did a dubbie ? With their 5 bobby pins and a hair net ! Wow lol, I still tipped her, I think $10 more. It was the end of 2021, so enjoy, Happy New Year! Didn’t want to share my energy about the extra exxagerated charge, but I won’t go there again. I’ve gone there some times before and Rosy was always a good person to go to. So, if you do go there , go to Rosy. Everything they do to you, ask how much so you’re not left with an unpleasant and unplanned surprised at the end. The owner of that salon, Josefina, wasn’t clear about the price. I was supposed to get charged $50-$60 for straightening my hair. She told me that when she personally saw my nice shoulder length hair. At the end, she ended up charging me $100 total because I got my hair trimmed with bangs & also because they did a dubbie ? After i got my hair straightened. and a couple days later i decided to wash it and she said there was no chemicals nothing. and i was washing my hair chunks of it came out and it was dead horrible experience!!! This salon sucks!! She put relaxer in my hair!! Horrible! She burned my scalp!
