Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI wanted to give this place chance after seeing advertisement on Facebook. I made an appointment with a stylist name Ana. She did a really nice job the first time. When I went in for root touch up somehow she completely changed all the coloring I had in my hair. I only wanted the root touch up.I told her I didn’t like the color and she offered to fix it on the spot. However, after spending almost 4 hours there, I couldn’t. I tried to arranged twice thereafter to get in to fix it, had a wedding and a trip, and she just couldn’t accommodate me. There are two many competitive salons to have to deal with poor service and waste of money. Wont go back!
