I have short hair that is easy to cut in a way that ages me, so I was really nervous choosing a new stylist after moving to LA, I did so much research before hand and found Coco, but was still really nervous, until I met her! She listened to everything I wanted, looked through all my photos, and made sure that we were completely on the same page before getting started.The haircut itself was perfect. She’s so attentive to detail and paid attention to the curl pattern of my hair and made sure that she shaped it in a way to make it easy for me to style on the daily. Do NOT under any circumstances order from this company. Systemic mismanagement, lack of accountability, and impossible to reach. I placed an order for a curling wand, never received an order confirmation or tracking number. I had to follow up repeatedly to get a single line email with a FedEx tracking, zero other information attached. Upon opening the most generic, back alley looking box one could find, I found my curling wand in packaging that had already been opened. Again, I had to follow up with the team. For starters, their corporate office NEVER answers the phone. They also do not reply to emails. Finally after calling the salon directly and having them forward the call, a woman claimed that she was the one who opened it for a quality check. It doesn’t take much common sense to know that if you have to open a box to conduct quality control, wherever you’re getting your goods manufactured is clearly horrendous and unreliable. By far the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with in a long time. Incredibly ironic that they’ve got a Beverly Hills postal code when they certainly don’t match up to it in any way.

I needed a new spot for a men’s cut after moving to LA from Brooklyn. Not only the hairdresser was awesome to talk to, but she gave me exactly what I wanted with little direction. The space is great. It does a good job of remaining trendy without sacrificing warm service. Can’t wait to go back!

When I walked in the salon I had brassy reddish yellowish hair, I explained to her that I was tired of going to people that could not make my hair blonde without turning it red. She said I will certainly take the red out but I can’t promise that I will achieve the blonde that you want on your first visit, it may take a few times before we can get it to the level that I wanted it. She was very honest from the beginning however to make the story short when she was done with my hair it was exactly what I had been asking. My hair looked amazing, beautiful blonde hair again my hair was back to the way I wanted it. She said next time it will look even better, I was like are you serious I love the way it is now. I am sooo happy I have found the perfect hair colorist, she knows what she is doing and she does know hair better than any stylist I have ever been to. This was the best money spent. Thank you Mimi you have made me super happy. Dee.

I stay in OC and have attempted everybody! In urgency I attempted Lorenzo in view of the surveys thus. I chose to think of it as an interest in my psychological wellness and welfare. It’s justified regardless of each penny. Wish I had done it sooner. It is the first run through in years that I am totally fulfilled by my hair. I at last have somebody who comprehends both me and my hair, which is thick and wavy.
