Excellent. My daughter and I got our hair done here for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism. They opened on time and were ready to take us as soon as we walked in. They were so clean. There was someone cleaning the whole time we were there. My daughter had alot of oil in her hair and took several washes and they were gentle and patient. And they were so quick. She loved it. We will be back!

I’ve been searching for a hair salon since I moved to Delaware from New York 9 years ago. I just didn’t trust anyone doing my hair and most salons here are not that great and are very expensive. So I decided to do my own hair and would travel to New York every couple of weeks to get my trim and color. Then I found Jo’s! So excited to have finally found a hair salon that understands my hair and not afraid to manage it. They are very attentive, very friendly and they do a great job without keeping you there all day. The facility is nice and clean. I recommended them to a friend of mine and she loves it too. We are both now continuing customer/clients and so glad about it. Oh and one more thing, they opened up another location in Middletown. Thanks Jo!

I have had an extremely great experience here! My hair was in terrible condition and I came to the salon without a plan. I needed to get my hair done for a wedding that was only two days away. The ladies here were so complimentary and completely transformed my hair. They were patient, kind and ensured that I left with hair in good condition. They cared so much that I originally came in asking for a keratin treatment and the stylist recommended other options for my hair type that would be helpful to me. I will ONLY be going to Jo’s in Middletown going forward. They have my loyalty just based off of the kind service and PHENOMENAL results for my hair. Thank you team!

Horrible service, I went in to get a hair cut and style, my daughter was deciding whether she wanted a color or not, before she had made her decision the so called hair styles was already mixing it. She decided not to get her hair done and they charged her $40 for the dye, They wanted to charge her $179 just to dye and style her hair, she charged me $90 for a cut and style. My hair is very then, I have little bit of hair and the style was no where near what I asked for, this was the second time I went to them. I speak spanish they acted as if they didn’t understand neither spanish near English smh

Terrible service, terrible prices, terrible people. They charge the way they do and to what merit? I usually go to Dominican salons because of my hair texture, but in my experience here, it’s clear that they texture discriminate. Plus, they act like they don’t understand you in English OR SPANISH when you have an issue. From the bottom of my heart DON’T GO HERE.

Way too overpriced for a basic wash and blow dry. Long hair or not. Hair was still frizzy after. Would not recommend. Glitzy and Glamour down the road is much better with pricing and service.

I went to dye my hair and to get a haircut, the service was excellent from the moment I walked in. I used to drive to New York to get my hair done because all the places I’ve tried before I didn’t liked. Johaira and her team are very professional and very pleasant, this will definitely be my new go to for all my hair styling needs. I recommend Jo’s Haircare to everyone, they are excellent!!!
