I was new to the area and nervous about going to a salon I didn’t know anything about. They booked me with Sandra and it was a wonderful experience! It had been long overdue for my hair to be taken care of both by cut and she put lowlights in my hair taking 10 years off of me! Will be back for sure next month

I went to get an updo for a party day. Took a video of what I wanted, it looked nothing like what I showed them. The lady who I had the appointment with was frustrated with me because I didn’t like it and blamed me for having gone with my hair clean but when the appointment was made, I was never advised I had to have my hair dirty (2days no wash). I left almost in tears with paying $75 plus had to tip them for being treated so unkind . I went there thinking upscale salon would have upscale skills but specially treatment with customers!!!
