Extremely satisfied! The stylish, Eryn Bramlett is a wonderful, delightful hair stylist. She specializes in color and can make any style look amazing! She does a wide variety of hair colors, very trendy work as well! Personally, I needed some Gray covered, and she did an amazing job keeping a natural look for me.

We’ve used Jordan Scott Salon a few times and every time its been great. My daughter is 17 and has had long hair for many years. She felt it was time for a change. So Nikki Ortega listened to what she wanted, asked questions as she was doing her hair and maintained pleasant conversation with my daughter and I. My daughter loves the results and we love that Nikki offers a 7 day guarantee to fix anything she doesn’t like. We reccomend JSS to anyone, especially Nikki. ASK FOR NIKKI ✂️

Critical: QualityI never write a review anywhere, but I’m so dissatisfied that I feel the need to do this. I went in there yesterday and showed a few pictures of what I wanted done to my hair, and I came home with 90s looking blonde streaks in my hair. So, my husband called to see if anyone could fix it and my hair looks exactly how it looked when I came in, because I had a highlights in before I came in. Basically paid $160 for my hair to be dyed three times, and washed three times in two days to look like how I came in and not even near the pictures I showed. I gave a $30 tip, and I overheard a lady tipping her stylist $2, so you guys definitely lost a good paying customer because I will never come back in there. Excellent experience! Upscale looking salon. The staff is personable and professional. Kendra was awesome. She went the extra mile to make sure my hair was perfect. She added some new trendy techniques that I hadn’t heard of. End result, beautiful!

Okay, first of all, if you are not happy with the services, you’re going to have to SHOW US WHAT THIS SALON HAS DONE WRONG before we actually believe what you say and your 1 star rating! For instance, how do we KNOW you didn’t have some sort of fascination with Elmo growing up and actually pick out Elmo red as your hair color before they colored it when you decided it looked hideous?? Anyone who has had Lindsey style their hair already know she’s amazing just like everyone else that works in this building! Their staff and reputation speak for themselves and your reviews are laughable at the very least. I’ve been coming to this salon for 12 years because I asked a coworker, Tamara, where she got her haircut. She said Clint at Jordan Scott. The truth is, Clint was all booked up. Duh! So I made an appointment with his cuter (haha y’all) brother, Russell. He has been taking amazing care of me ever since. He has made excellent suggestions and changes that always worked great for me and my hair, even when I chopped it all off! Cannot say enough about the staff in this extremely cozy, classy place! So much fun!

Chris is an excellent stylist! He knew exactly what to do (highlights, lowlights, toner, cut, etc.) to get my hair to look the way I wanted it. Plus he was able to tell me why the last color I got elsewhere didn’t turn out well. The salon itself is gorgeous, clean, and bright. I’m excited to have found a new salon!

I came here because a friend comes here and i met a stylist named Chris Cromer. He seemed very nice so i set up an appointment with him. He listened to what i wanted and explained how it should be cut & tips on styling it to give my hair volume since i have baby fine hair. His work is beyond exceptional. I LOVE it, and he now has a lifetime customer! 😉 Enjoyed my experience and appreciate the professionalism that this salon gives their customers!!

There is nothing more difficult than moving and having to find a new hair dresser, but then I met Chris! He is absolutely, hands down the best hair dresser I’ve ever had! He really takes pride in what he does and gives great tips! I just wish I could blow dry my hair the way he does because my hair looks flawless after I’ve been seen by him! Not only that, he is very personable! I cannot imagine having someone else cut my hair! Thank you Chris!!!
